Collection: The Lil Diva

Veronica Garrett is an 11-year-old who loves to express herself creatively. She loves writing poems, short stories, and creating art.

She started her business, The Lil’ Diva, with the assistance of her mom who is the founder of Divas With A Purpose. Her goal is to inspire other young ladies to be dynamic individuals with victorious attitudes.

In February 2019, Veronica and her mom joined the Mommy & Me Entrepreneurship Academy where she is mentored by kidpreneur, Gabby Goodwin, the inventor of GaBBY Bows. As a part of the academy, Veronica has learned entrepreneurial skills from a fellow kidpreneur and was able to add GaBBY’s products to her inventory while learning how to manage a business.

Always learning, Veronica began sharing videos in 2020 spotlighting women and children who have made a difference from a child’s perspective. To date her Facebook videos have been watched over 10,000 times! She has recently begun offering workbooks, coloring sheets and printables for other Lil’ Divas to learn at their own pace in a fun way.

Veronica was recognized as a Young Woman Making a Difference in the Midlands (Columbia, SC) in October 2017 at the age of 6 by the Woman to Woman Entrepreneurs Association. She was, also, a contributing author to Diva Affirmations in 2020 and Youth Can in 2021.

Veronica is active in her local community. As a member of the Gurls Empowerment Network, she meets regularly with other young ladies where they focus on self-care, self-love and empowering one another. She’s a member of Agape Worship Center where she is active in the youth choir and mime ministry.
